Q1: How long will it take to receive my package?

A1: Generally, It takes 10-30 days (Depending on location) for standard shipping.

Q2: Do we ship internationally?

A2: Yes, we do ship to most of 100 countries. And we are working on expanding the shipment regions. If you are not clear about shipment, please send an email to [email protected] for more details.

Q3: How do I order on your website?

A3: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q4: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A4: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

 

Orders & Returns

Q1: How can I track the status of my order(s)?

A1: Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page - TRACK MY ORDER <- Order Lookup Page

Q2: Is there a warranty on my product?

A3:  Yes, there's a one-year warranty for all products. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, AidesenHome will (at its sole option) repair or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of AidesenHome and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labour and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

Q3: Is there a return policy on my product?

A: Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Q4: What payment methods are accepted?

A4: We support credit cards and PayPal for payment. If you have questions about payment, please send an email to [email protected] for consulting.

Q5: How can I cancel my order or change the colour?

A5: Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to change colour or cancel your order. We will do our best to honour your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).

Q6: Do I need an account to place an order?

A6: An account is not necessary to place an order. However, your email address or mobile number will be needed to place an order, to keep you informed on the status of your order.
